Domestic Shipping Rates
- Orders under $80 will have a flat $9.90 shipping fee applied (Promotions and discounts do not apply to minimum purchase requirement)
International Shipping Rates
- Orders 1KG or less: AUD$19.90
- Orders 1.01KG or more will be charged a base rate of AUD$19.90 with an additional AUD$4.00 per half kilo
- International shipping charges will be automatically calculated during checkout.

- 1:18/1:12 scale: Please note a handling fee of $15.00 applies.

Delivery is performed within the deadlines provided for direct delivery to the addressee or, if the addressee is absent, by a notice informing him/her of the availability of the parcel. Please note that a signature is required on delivery in most cases. Please ensure you or someone else is home to sign for your parcel. Alternatively, please enter a business address for daytime delivery.
If our freight carrier is unsuccessful in delivering to you on more than one occasion, the package may be returned to our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia. In the unlikely event that this occurs, to re-send your parcel, an additional freight charge will need to be applied prior to dispatch.
Delivery deadlines are indicated as accurately as possible. We are not responsible for delivery delays following the dispatch of your order which are due to a country's customs (export/import) clearance requirements. No damages or compensation will be payable in the event of delivery deadlines being exceeded. However, if the product has not been delivered 21 days after the delivery date indicated and this is due for any reason other than force majeure, the purchase may then be cancelled and you may be refunded the price paid to the exclusion of any other damages or compensation (provided the delay is not contributed to by you). We are also not responsible for any customs charges or other additional fees associated with the delivery of your order.

Items available on this website are for Australian & International delivery.
For items readily available in stock, we will dispatch your order within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, we anticipate delivery to Australian locations within 7-10 working days and delivery to International locations within 21 working days.
Please note items available within this website may at times be offered as Pre-Order or Backorder.
Stock ETA dates are provided on individual product pages for any Pre-Order & Backorder items. We will dispatch these items to you ASAP once stock arrives to us.
Please note that a number of our items are licensed products and the delivery timeframes are provided to us by our suppliers. These may include items such as Model Cars, Prints and Books. From time to time, the ETA may change for these and we apologise as manufacturing hold-ups are out of our control.
Items will be delivered to you by Australia Post or Star Track Express, depending on your selected products.
A signature will most likely be required on delivery. Should no-one be home to accept your parcel, we recommend delivery to a workplace or alternate address. If you provide us with Post Office Box details, we may contact you to arrange an alternate delivery address, depending on the size of the order being delivered to you.
