RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to enjoy your merchandise as soon as you receive your order – please choose your items carefully.
If an item is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us and provide us images of the faulty item. The following conditions apply for full refunds:
- Goods must be returned within 30 days of order date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with the original tag & packaging and still in re-sellable condition.
All products returned will be inspected to ensure the product meets the above criteria, and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund application.
Once approved for refund we will credit your original method of payment, excluding the delivery fee. We will credit your delivery fee if the product delivered is faulty, or does not match what you have ordered.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you would like to exchange your purchase for the same item, please contact us.
We suggest returning your item(s) by Recorded Delivery, Registered Post or your local equivalent as we cannot accept any liability for goods lost in transit. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that our refund policy specifically excludes:
- Items that are used and/or the order date is over 30 days.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your approved refund within 21 business days, please contact your bank. There is often some time before a refund processes through our banking facilities and clears into accounts. If you have contacted your bank but have still have not received your refund, please do not hesitate to contact us.
